How Method Works

Bring Method a real grooming decision. Leave with a clear next step.

Come back whenever something changes. Method starts with what you have already shared instead of making you begin again.

You ask

“My skin still feels dry even though I’ve been moisturizing.”

What Method already knows

  • Your evening routine
  • The moisturizer you use
  • Your goal to keep things simple

A manageable next step

Try a small change with what you already have.

Apply your moisturizer while your skin is slightly damp, rather than adding another product. If you want, save that adjustment to My Routine.

Your later check-in

“Less tightness in the mornings. Not perfect, but better.”

Pick up where you left off

When you ask again, Method can bring your routine, the adjustment you chose, and your own observation into the next step.

Beard example

“Why does my beard still feel dry when I use oil?”

Method starts with: The beard oil you use and the dryness you have mentioned.

Useful next step: Work out whether the hair or the skin underneath needs attention before adding anything.

Hair example

“Why does my hair feel dry again the day after wash day?”

Method starts with: Your wash-day routine, conditioner, and how your hair feels afterwards.

Useful next step: Adjust when and how you add moisture using what is already in your routine.

The products, routine, goals, preferences, corrections, past results, changes, check-ins, and conversations you choose to share help Method start from where you left off.

Method in action

See what happens when Method remembers.

Pick a question. Each one is an illustrative example, not a real member.

METHOD
  1. Step 1 of 3
“My beard feels dry by the afternoon, even though I use oil most mornings.”

Confirmed context

  • Beard oil, most morningsyou added it to My Products
  • Full beard, coily textureyou told Method

Not known yet: How you wash your beard, and with what water temperature.

Method's answer

Before you buy anything, change how you use the oil you already have.

Rinse with lukewarm water, pat until just damp, then work 3 to 5 drops down to the skin and brush through. Coily beard hair loses moisture faster, so damp is when oil helps most.

Try it for five days. No new product.
