Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of HelloCues Method (the "Service"), operated by HelloCues (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with HelloCues. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

HelloCues Method provides a personal grooming coaching product: routines, weekly self-assessments, AI-generated feedback on selfies, and progress tracking. Feedback is educational and does not replace professional medical, dermatological, or grooming advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt fraud, spam, or harmful automated activity;
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing rate limits);
• Upload photos that are not of yourself, or content depicting minors.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including our software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI outputs

The Service uses AI to generate feedback on photos and to provide recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on for medical decisions. You are responsible for how you use those outputs.

7. Subscriptions, payment, and taxes

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location. For cancellation, refunds, and billing mechanics, see our refund policy.

8. Service level

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may lose access to content stored in your account after a reasonable export window.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
