We want you to be happy with HelloCues Method. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Method Pro subscriptions.

Requesting a refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. Reach out in-app from your Profile page, or email us with the address you used at checkout, and we'll process it through Stripe.

Free trial

Method Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. If you continue past the trial, your card is billed for the plan you selected — you can still request a refund under the 30-day guarantee above.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to Method Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
